BOTANVÈ is built for standard G1/2 (1/2 inch) threaded connections, the most common fitting across UAE and GCC bathrooms. If your current shower head simply screws on and off, BOTANVÈ will fit it too.
Not required, but a couple of wraps around the pipe thread gives a slightly tighter seal if your current connection is older or worn. Most installs don't need it.
