All prices are listed in AED (UAE Dirhams) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices, descriptions, or availability at any time without prior notice. Orders are placed through our checkout, which is processed securely by Stripe. We accept card payments only through this site. By submitting an order you confirm that the payment details provided are your own or that you are authorized to use them. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

To the extent permitted by law, Botanvè FZC LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or our products, beyond the amount paid for the relevant order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of the Emirate of Ajman, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
